How it works

Yoga Therapy is offered one-on-one, with carefully designed practices. We clarify your focus areas with a confidential wellness history, postural and breathing assessments, and starting practices for movement, breathing and relaxation. We talk about what’s going on in your life at this time, and you will leave with guidance for your personal practice.
