For a chronically achy or stiff back, learn basic yoga tools for greater ease in this introductory two-part therapeutic workshop. We will explore how breathing, movement and mindfulness practices can help release tension, relieve pain and support your back. Bring your curiosity! You’ll leave with ideas you can apply in daily life right away.
