A good night’s sleep makes a difference in our available energy for what matters most. Many factors impact how easily, deeply, and well we sleep. And even more, whether we wake feeling rested. Our sleep cycles and patterns may change with life events and can be closely related to pain recovery and other health conditions and transitions.
In this participatory presentation, hear an overview of current research on sleep, rest, and pain recovery. We’ll start your sleep profile, highlight ways to improve your rest, and introduce do-able practices to help you awaken refreshed.
