A good night’s sleep makes a difference in our available energy for what matters most. Many factors impact how easily, deeply, and well we sleep. And even more, whether we wake feeling rested. Our sleep cycles and patterns may change as we age and with life events.
In this participatory presentation, hear an overview of current research about mindfulness meditation, sleep, and aging. We’ll also introduce ways to improve your rest and do-able practices to help with falling asleep or waking in the wee hours, as well as habits to help you awaken refreshed.
