Defining Mindfulness

It’s a whole, new, social medium for Five Rivers Yoga! Here’s the first ever, a-little-bit-dorky video blog, presenting a definition of mindfulness that comes from Jon Kabat-Zinn:

“Paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally, and as if our lives depended upon it.” (J. Kabat-Zinn)
