Five Rivers Yoga Therapy Office

An afternoon class for mindful movement, breathing practices and conscious relaxation. Particularly well-suited to those who want to develop balance, stability and confident mobility. The class is composed mostly of people in their 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, and all ages and levels of experience are welcome. If you’re new to Five Rivers Yoga, please contact Rachel in advance, as pre-registration is required.

Drop-in: $30. Four-class pass: $100.
